- Karimuddin Malik has engaged in policy research related to MGNREGA and has participated in the conduct of 137 social audits in Pratapgarh District with the Government of Uttar Pradesh and Action Aid. He has also provided training to panchayat officials and the general public regarding the conduct of social audit under MGNREGA.

- People had to travel several miles for pension, due to the poor banking coverage in remote areas of Hazaribagh (Jharkhand)

Ensured enrollment of every pensioner under Aadhaar and linked it with bank accounts across Hazaribagh
Taking measures to deliver pension at beneficiaries door step through Aadhaar Enabled Biometric Authenticated Micro-ATM devices
- Within one year, pension disbursed to more than 38,000 people through the new mechanism, regularly
