- Neeraj Ahuja has worked as a systems engineer with Infosys Technologies, following which he joined the ICICI Fellows programme and worked with on issues of Panchayati Raj and local self governance in the Panna district of Madhya Pradesh.

- Lack of cooperation among different departments engaged in skill development led to trainee repetition and quality issues
What was done:
- Funds were pooled from different schemes and departments to set up a well furnished residential training-cum-production centre.
Partnership with private organizations and government departments to provide training and entrepreneurship skills to rural men and women.
Raised funds for setting up micro-production units run and managed entirely by women SHGs
- In one year, more than 900 people trained and placed in different organizations and industries
Three micro production units with a combined annual turnover of over Rs. 18 lakhs providing employment to 22 women.
It was recognized at the state level with other district taking up similar initiative
